Meridian is a MIDI sequencer that integrates Euclidean sequencing with generative controls, enabling the creation of new patterns on the fly and the continuous evolution of existing ones in novel and musical ways. Set the frequency at which randomizations will occur, specify low and high note limits, and let the process unfold. A velocity randomizer adds a human touch to the outputted notes' velocities. While there are numerous Euclidean sequencers available, Meridian distinguishes itself not only through its optional generative controls for real-time sequence generation but also by its ability to generate authentic polyrhythms, unlike the Euclidean MIDI device integrated into Live 12's MIDI tools.
